29/4/21 ****The agents were very helpful but I have decided not to sell the unit now.
Sarah: 28/4/21 ** Paul took our valuation his accountant along with advice on what he could do to improve it to get it ready to rent or sell and after meeting with his accountant he now has no plans to sell it anytime soon and he’s going to slowly tidying it up himself and then may rent it out.
