16/03/21 Sent a text to Renee as she has been unresponsive to VM
Spoke to Philomena and she had heard from Mark and he had given her the speel and she is looking forward to hearing from Renee before making a decision.
17/03 Spoke with Philomena and she was not happy with the VM left by Renee, we had a great talk and she is going to touch base with Mark again and more than likely go with him. I have left many messages for Renee and she does not call back, I sent her a text and received a response.
18/03 emailing Agent Renee to let her know vendor is happy with current agent.
