19/05/2021 - Kym + Shane: We have previously dealt with Joe's late father Mario, his brother Guy and sister Carmela. We have some concerns about their pricing expectations of $1.8 million. I'm not sure where that price has come from, perhaps from the builders based on having 4 finished product new builds?

I did and we had a good discussion. He seems more likely to submit plans to subdivide himself however so I didn't get a sense that he was ready to go to market sooner than later? I'll keep in touch however. Regards Julian
