29/03/2021 - David: We ended up listing this house for auction. Comes on the market this week. Attached is the agency agreement for reference. Will let you know if and when we sell it.

24/03/2021 - Danielle: I spoke with Mark Lock again today. He has signed with Hudson McHugh as they sold a terrace in his street last night that he feels is similar.

Danielle: Yes have seen Mark and submitted a proposal. If he sells it’s unlikely to be until next financial year
