The advertised price range I’d recommend is $360,000 - $380,000 and im very confident we will sell in that range.

However, I have asked him to property manage and then sell for me when the time is right.
Basically overnight I decided doing a build right now would be too stressful & what we really want to do is travel, so we're doing that first! With a bit of rent to fund our trip. Weird how it all happened but I'm glad we are doing it this way.
I managed to get my tenant in, just in time! Still waiting for her to sign though so who knows what will happen next!
