Terry: The market in Townsville is really heating up at present with good buyer demand from owner occupiers, investors local & interstate. The owner has bought this property though the NRAS investment scheme and unfortunately paid a premium price for the property. He has signed a new 12 lease agreement through NRAS with the current tenant. If he was to sell he would be losing $100-140,000k. He will be reviewing in 10-12 months.
