22/6/21 ***Unfortunately the owner of the property has passed away so things are delayed a little as we are now awaiting probate to go through before we can sell the home.
Hopefully will be able to launch in the coming month or so.
22/4/21 ** this has been listed for auction. however there is now a lengthy delay as there was an issue with the title and the lawyer is rectifying
