2 agencies - one declined, prior relationship and they didn't want it, other has declined us a couple of times - NO alternatives for this type of property
Spoke with agent Peter - said he has done several appraisals for this property over the years - knew the guy's name straight away.
Let me know he is miles off the bat and wants approx. $2.5M - not worth even half that. The orchard is worthless to try sell in the area as a business., too much work for any reward, and the land is worth less than $1M - he sold another I viewed for $779 - similar size, with a better home on it.
