12/11/2024 - Same as last time - UNRESPONSIVE / sent email nil reply, does not want to talk on phone (is hard, based in Portugal)
7/02/2023 - Catherine reply to FU: Since then we decided to continue our ownership of the property. So we have no further need for real estate agents at this time. However should our plans change, I won't hesitate to contact you again.
