19/03/2021 -Mark: I have spoken to her and she only put a tenant in a few wks ago and unfortunately it is not able to be sold to the target buyers which are live in owners. I have a note to give her a follow up end of the year to discuss a sale in the new year and will also send her a valuation letter now for bank purposes.
