Hi Rowena; yes Nick got in touch but had a meeting to go to not heard from him since. Maybe what I was after and what these people do was in conflict. Maybe if you are not ready to sell and only after information to assist your decision making is not in their interest to pursue. I am guessing low hanging fruit here. I appreciate your inputs however the decision to sell or hold is mine. I need to ponder my situation a little, it would appear that sales are too high to extract full value so I shall put all on hold for the time being.
