23/9 Hi Team, Adele is waiting for the current tenants to move out so she can then paint the unit, re carpet the unit then put it on the market for sale. This may take some time and probably go into November, cheers.
21/7/21 The vendors here are looking into how they can make the Body Corp guys pay for not letting them know a long time ago they had a leak which has not turned into a major catastrophe so for a good while now nothing is going to happen, I just keep touching base with the vendors.
