20/07/2021 - Dwaine/vendor: Mike Jones viewed the property and never came back to us.
Adam Horth handed the property to a college that was unpleasant and difficult to deal with
Steve Athanates viewed the property then just got calls from is PA but nothing really come from after repeated requests for a meeting.
As discussed the property isn’t the prettiest in the street but just seemed to hard for these agents. We have made the decision to sell and it is listed with an agent for a price that we think is acceptable and should be going online in the next few days.
