I believe it is a case of waiting for the market to rise further and therefore increase the potential for the vendor to get out without too much damage to the hip pocket.



All indications are that our market will continue to rise organically as it has already, and with an election on the horizon, we can expect some announcements regarding project work in our region. If this happens, the market will rise even more sharply.
