We appraised Delias property this afternoon. It is absolutely stunning and perfect for our firms property type and buyers.
She is not ready to sell yet as previously discussed.
Commission rate for this property type is 2.75% inclusive of GST as it is far from a standard residential property and in line with rural standards. We anticipate a sale result between 1.4 and $1.7 million. In this market it is very difficult to pin it down but this property type will be incredibly popular with the executive market looking for a rural lifestyle property.
