9/6/21 ** Contacted Ken and apartment is due to settle off the plan in the next couple of months. Advised nominations cant be done in Brisbane. He will need to settle and then reassess if he on sells or leases the apartment.
3/6 Cliff Tarr - Property still being built getting closer.
5/5 Cliff Tarr -The property is still being built and the seller will wait until it is built before he makes his mind up as to what he is doing ion relation to selling it.
7/4/21 **** I have had several conversations with Ken. He is going unconditional on the unit in the next couple of weeks and will wait until it settles before he decides whether to sell the property or keep it for his retirement. Will keep the conversations going and advise.
