8/02/2022 - Kristinadue to the lack of suitable properties in Newcastle I changed plans an have decided to stay. I will contact you when that changes
30/07/2021 - Janet: I've touched base with owner again & she isn't interested in selling now.17/06?2021 - Janet: No further update on this one. She is still wanting to enclose the garage before selling & having trouble getting a builder as they are all so busy.
20/05/2021 - Janet: The owner was needing to enclose the carport space into a garage before selling. This is taking longer as she is having trouble with trades
22/04/2021 - Janet: the owner has decided to enclose the underneath area into a garage so she won't be ready to put the property on the market till approximately June 2021. I'll let you know if this proceeds.
30/03/2021 - Janet: I've spoken to Tina & have arranged an appraisal inspection for Thursday 1st April at 2pm. I'll keep you posted.
