2/08/2021 - Tarun: This sale has fallen over. The POA that signed the agreement to sell had issues with the NSW Trustee and the owner of the property has moved back to live there.
Therefore unfortunately NO SALE - not listing again.
8/04/2021 - Tarun : Confirmed listed - said vendor called him also that day, but either way, won't even look at it closer as he wants our business and very happy to pay referral fees for us to use again.
