12/05/2021 - Lindsay: Thanks for your I interest Lindsay but I have decided to take advantage of the current rental market and re lease again
11/05/2021 - UD to Lindsay: Last time I talked to Michael he had to wait for the tenant to leave, then do some touch ups to the apartment before bringing it to the market. Michael was going to contact me when the apartment was ready.
7/04/2021 - Sheldon: Spoke to mike. He was considering his options. He initially wanted $350K, recent sales in the complex had been in the $310-$315K level.
