6/5/21 ** Update Drew: given Lou a notice of termination for Saturday week, he needs to have a contract of sale presented to him with a settlement b4 end of June or he is going else where does not want our help sorting it himself and does not want us to ctc Lou would not recommend him at all to anyone looking to sell no follow up whatsoever and lied to him said we charge 30% I will call drew end of next week to see what happened.*******
20/4 * Drew Miles called - HE is not happy with the lack of communication from Lou he will text him again point form on matters which he wants Lou to address via email and is giving him until Thursday will call us back on Thursday and if he has not heard Veronica will call and speak to Lou. Said he chose him over all other agents for his Data base he presented to him that he has Doctors, uni professors etc that this unit may appeal to because its unique - wants to know how he will market this to these doctors etc. Lou said he calls them, the owner thinks its too old school. vf
19/04 Drew is not happy with the lack of communication and has not heard from Lou since the open home and had problems reaching him last week.
