9/8 Nekti has not heard from client asking for update Called Anu and call RO
7/7/21 Nekti advised client cancelled appt and said if she needs him will contact herself
25/5 Client not ready to sell yet, has been busy with her studies, and had family in India dying of Covid, give her until end of June things to settle down and she will look at it.
28/4 AS text to Nekti see response and AS email to Vendor see response
13/4/21 - Nekti: had a nice conversation with the client will be sending her a CRM and drive by appraisal, he said based on what she said $370-$400k and she will make a decision in the next week will let me know.
Nekti away until 12th April see if client wants other
Bec - Called the client Prd renting it. Just wants a rough idea
