8/09/2021 - Paul AP: We had an offer on this property yesterday but it was below the range. Vendor seems okay to wait till we get the right price.
4/08/2021 - Paul: Very minimal interest in this property, I;'ve been keeping the vendor in the loop on a regular basis but unfortunately there's a lack of interest in this home.
7/06/2021 - Paul: Aiming to collect keys this week and then look to go live once covid restrictions ease
