Yes, Colin & myself have done an appraisal on the property & I presented back to David at 4:30pm yesterday.
I believe that we were the last of the 3 agents to present back & David & a care worker, Renate will now discuss the 3 appraisals & make a decision.
I will let you know how we go as soon as I find out.
