Just wanted to let you know that we have sold 35 Taminga St unconditionally before auction for $650,000. The settlement is on 5/7/21.
30/4- Ben:
Looks like we got the gig however nothing has been signed up yet. John is already talking about auction dates etc.
We are catching up with John on the 17th May when the tenants vacate the home and we will go from there.
27/4/21 Hi Vicki, yes i have met with John. It seems like he is happy with us. We will touch base again once his tenants moves out mid may.
