ALEX - Morning, the referral for 8 Bancroft Ave, NWS was a no go, he wants over $1m and he is over $200,000 out.
ABRAHAM - I’m well thanks for asking, I have made contact a couple of times on the phone but still waiting for vendor to arrange a suitable time to appraise. He said he’s been busy and his doing some extra work to the property.
But will definitely let you know when I do appraise.

Yes, I've contacted him and he said he will give me a call in two weeks to pop in he is doing some work and been busy. But he did say he will get me to have a look. I'll let you know how I go.
