Brendan - Hi Natalie yes have done appraisal and went well, they said they had to sort out probate, so they will be sorting that out first.
Alex - Have sent another email to Lucy in reference to her scheduling another day and time for the appraisal??
Sean - She is waiting for probate and is cleaning and painting before having appraisal done
She has said to call back in one month
