25/8/21 : THIS ONE PROVED DIFFICULT DUE TO TENANCY HE HAD TWO OFFERS BUT PEOPLE WANTED TO MOVE IN TENANTS, DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE, THEY WITHDREW AND LOOKING TO COME BACK TO MARKET CLOSER TO END OF 12 MONTH LEASE.
25/06/2021 - Robert said it's slow going as the tenant is in there for 10? months - 1st home buyers need to be in within 6 months and most owner occupiers want to move in much sooner
