I spoke to Sandria regarding her unit. Unfortunately it is unlikely to achieve a sale price of more than the $265,000 she paid in 2012 as the most recent sale in the complex was April 2020 at $169,000 (not renovated). At least Sandria's is renovated.

I have also arranged for a rental appraisal so she has that option as well.
