Appraisals booked after restrictions lift - advised by vendor
22/09/2021 - Peter AD: Last time I had a chat with Brad & Wayne, they have decided to wait for now until things ease with covid.
9/09/2021 - Peter: Just wanted to let you know Brad and his brother Wayne have informed me they will hold out for now until everything has cooled off in regards to this lock down. I will keep you posted once I have an update.
9/09/2021 - Brad/vendor: We are currently talking to two of the 3 agents you recommend. In the next 2 weeks they will be going to the property to give an appraisal. From there on we will move forward with one of them.
1/09/2021 - George: Had a meeting with the owners last week. They need to discuss with the tenant their intent to sell the property and I have to respect their wishes until after they have spoken to the tenant.
25/08/2021 - Peter: I have spoken with Brad a couple of times and we are in the process of arranging a suitable time to catch up.
24/08/2021- George: In touch - tenants will vacate over the new year, will appraise then
18/08/2021 - Frank: Will eventually sell but not ready yet due to tenant
