20/4 Matt Smith: I have contacted the owner, was an enquiry made by her late last year. No immediate plans to sell. Realtair Price update was sent and will keep in touch.
24/5/21 **Daryl: Just a quick update, Helen has rescheduled a few times as she has not been well. She plans on catching up with me either on the weekend or definitely next week. I genuinely believe she?s not well as per phone calls. I will let you know once I have met with her again.
