20/4 Matt Smith:  I have contacted the owner, was an enquiry made by her late last year. No immediate plans to sell. Realtair Price update was sent and will keep in touch.

30/7/21 *** HELEN: Nice lady she admitted she is hard to get a hold of, but really liked Daryl he has kept in touch and will def call him back again its really about her getting her act to gether and decide what to do because if she sells where would she go now that days will start to get longer will find time to do this speaking only to DARYL AND RAY WHITE DEREK LEE
24/5/21 **Daryl: Just a quick update, Helen has rescheduled a few times as she has not been well. She plans on catching up with me either on the weekend or definitely next week. I genuinely believe she?s not well as per phone calls. I will let you know once I have met with her again.

28/4 Kiet has not heard from client although client said all three contacted
