27/04/2021 - Ian/vendor: Happy with the responses , unfortunately there is differing family opinions , so at this stage no proceeding
28/04/2021 - Gary: drove past, left canvass material etc, text, emails and called over a few days, eventually received a call from Ian to say they had made different plans with the house, sent an email to thank with invitation should they decide to sell, etc etc, Called past most days never saw a car there.
27/04/2021 - APP to vendor and agent Gary
27/04/2021 - Stewart: cancelled my appraisal last week before I got out to meet with him. Sounded like they had already listed with another agent perhaps
16/04/2021 - Stewart: appraising the property with Ian next Friday 23rd April
