20/07/2021 - UD to Alexander + David / Roz said can't sell, no finance to buy anotherDavid: Cindia has decided not to sell at this time as they were going to upsize but do not want to increase their mortgage.
Alexander: I spoke to her a couple of months ago and she said she's not selling any more, but will be in contact with me when she decides to sell again
