No decision yet in terms me selling...

Not sure, but the market still appears to be buoyant to the extent that
the sub $600k market may well have some potential for further upward
growth in Clifton Springs area..

Waiting on outcome of recently listed similar 2b property in Coorumby by Tom
at Bellarine..to establish whether market still possibly heading upward etc..

I have noted 2 recent sales of modest size 3b dwgs. in excess of
$600k...interesting to see where the 2b market sits..
