Our agents cannot sell this for more than $340 - he needs $400K, was bought off plan and all units sold in this over last 5 years have been at a missive loss.
Have failed so no follow ups go to vendor

208 was sold in 2020 for $340K, bought off plan for $409. Tenant furniture also makes it hard, makes place look tiny.
