9/07/2021 - Casey:Client spoke with Joanne - said they would rectify, and remove extra charges
9/07/2021 - Casey (vendor) called in to query agent charging extra for our fee.
He believes the agent charged this on top of the agency fee stated on the forms. Said I would follow up with agent and come back to him
17/05/2021 - Joanne: It’s under offer and acceptance, exchanged conditionally.
5/05/2021 - FU to Craig & Joanne - Sean is OUT, said other agent
