CHRIS - JUN 22 - waiting on her townhouse she has bought to enable her to move and put her property at Renown up for Auction. Apparently(not far off hopefully!). Shirley is on her own(elderly) and not so up with this sort of thing as this would be the first time she has moved in probably 40 years and buying brand new under construction, she may have jumped the gun a bit. Better for us as I have already really sewn it up by involving a conveyancer known to both of us and as mentioned already have the contract of sale, so she has made her decision and will sign the agency once her new build is ready to move in I suppose.



 


DEC 21 - Last conversation with Shirley she was still trying to complete renovations on the home and was lso waiting on her purchase to be completed. I will speak her again prior to Christmas and hopefully get some clarity on dates etc for Auction for the new year.


1/9 UPDATE CHRIS WILDING: 60 Renown is imminent. Just waiting on her renovations to be completed which have been delayed due to Covid.

CHRIS JUN 21 - Looking pretty much like i will list this one. Get on really well with Shirley, have been in constant contact and visited on Saturday just past. I have referred her to a conveyancer also to help her out. We are still about 6 weeks away due to renovations taking longer than expected.
