9/2/22 update from sue - I have emailed & spoken to Keith a few times with recent sales within the same complex has his apartment. He is still not selling at this point, perhaps next year if the prices keep gong up to a level where he would then consider selling. Last communication was about 2 weeks ago. Thank you
Hi Rowena, Keith received his email, he has decided not to sell as his expectation was $100,000 more than the current market value. We had 2 properties in the same complex recently sold as really good examples for market price value that were renovated through the hotel just like his. Hello Rowena, Thank you for the referral. I have spoken to Keith this morning. He has a dual key unit which is a one bed & studio, each have their own front door but joined by a main entrance for the two. The units are on one title.
