20/5/21 Lisa update: June I have advised not to sell until there is a resolution on the cladding issues as she has a tenant anyway.
I had an offer on a property last year in the block for $680,000 and it fell over on cooling off as there is no resolution as yet.
However, I sold two in the Rye block for a huge $725,000 and $732,500 as that block does not have cladding issues. It at cist her $50,000 to sell now.
