Hi Natalie First contract on this one crashed. Have another offer, just waiting for contract to me signed, will keep you postedHi Natalie Just letting you know that we are managing this property in our rentals . The lease is up in August so we will chat to Stuart around May/June to see if he wants to sell. We have now sorted out the water issues under the carpet, so hopefully it will be an easy sell next time. All the best.

2/8/21 PAM: Hi Natalie This one has been a challenge, should have been the easiest one to sell and we received multiple offers the first week which fell apart with the water damage coming through the floor in the main bedroom. I have managed to get council approvals sorted and a tradesperson booked in to sort out the floor next month. We are continuing to do opens but no luck yet. Got an offer last week which he refused. I think we may get this to rent if we dont sell in the next few weeks. Will be in touch if anything changes
20/7/21 PAM : Hi Natalie, Just touching base with an update for you. This has been an interesting one as there is a leak in the middle of the main bedroom floor and nobody has any idea where it comes from. I have managed to get the original plumber who built it and now lives in BNE so in the process of trying to help Stuart get this problem sorted and also the finals for council, etc . The first contract crashed because of these issues, so now have another offer on the table which we are negotiating subject to these issues getting sorted. Will let you know as soon as we have a positive outcome.
PAM - Just touching base to say that I have listed and have a contract on 26 Monterrico but having issues with dampness in concrete in the main bedroom floor.??? Nobody knows the cause, so will let you know if we can keep the contract together and find a solution for the problem!!

PAM - Hi I have spoken to Stuart and sent him an appraisal. I then followed up on Saturday as had not heard back. He said he had not received my e-mail, so I resent to him and spoke to him afterwards. He said he was waiting for one other agent to get back to him, which should be today. I will call him today to see what he has decided. Fingers crossed.
