ANTOINETTE -JUN 24 - I actually had an enquiry yesterday. The clients are contacting me at the end of the week as they are waiting for their property in Perth to go under offer.

The cheapest block we have on the market at the moment is From $116,000. The highest is $248,000. The Hamelin Street block and another on Hamelin are priced very similar and are the only two blocks over 800sqm.

It has been crazy with sales but I have noticed that it has slowed down a little over the last couple of weeks.

Block enquiries have been a bit slow unfortunately. Yes, the weather is getting better which is good. Several houses have sold.

We have 21 Beachridge blocks on the market at the moment, ranging in price from $99,000 to $248,000. 34 Hamelin is 15th on the pricing list. There are two blocks under contract in the $110,000 to $120,000 range.

34 Hamelin is listed for $136,600. The cheapest block in Beachridge at the moment is advertised “From $99,000”.
