Failed - vendors are not selling. Our contact not owner and wants out of this - no more involvement
29/06/2021 - Nick: I wrote a letter to the 11 Council St St Peters owners and dropped it under their door bug received no reply. I then knocked on their door and no one answered and I put my card under their door. The owners’ friend Marisa said she didn’t want to get involved anymore and that the owners of the St Peters house are no longer looking to sell. I believe Marisa is the right and the owners do not wish to sell their property in St Peters anymore.
5/06/2021 -Nick: I just got this message from Marisa regarding 11 Council St St Peters and unfortunately it looks like the owners are no longer looking to sell. I might try and get in contact with the owners and follow up to find out why they are undecided about selling "Good morning, Nick. I apologise for wasting your time with my enquiry. It appears both parties are undecided about selling. I no longer wish to be involved in a matter that does not concern me. I wish you well in possibly contacting them in writing at a later date.
19/05/2021 - Nick: I have followed up with Marisa representing Ms McCulloch-Southwell’s terrace at 11 Council St St Peters firstly when you gave me the referral in early May when she said she will be in touch when she is ready. Marisa hasn’t been in touch up until today when I sent her sn sms just to see where she is at and she sent me this sms. “Good morning, Nick. Vera, is currently in Bowral with me. I’m guessing, we’ll be contacting you towards end of May. Any changes, I’ll keep you updated. Regards, Marisa So hopefully I will hear from her by the end of May.
30/04/2021 - Nick: I have spoken to Marisa for a while and she is not ready to make a move to interview agents YET but she will call me when she is ready.
