03/05/21 - Cat Fraser - Gabrielle was very unfriendly and didn’t really want to speak longer than 30 secs max. Just wanted my costs as is ringing a lot of agents and all she wants if our fees and charges. Did not want to engage at all and was very tense and a little Rude.
