20/05/2021 - John: 35 joseph has gone to hospital for an unspecified time. Will contact we able.
20/05/2021 - Daphne: My office has informed me yesterday that they don’t like doing these appraisals, as they have been caught before with being held responsible for the 20% commission, mainly where another agency takes over the listing after 90 days and we are held responsible for the 20% even though we haven’t sold it.

7/05/2021 - John: Hi mark I have contacted richard – he is chasing approx. 40-50 k more than value atm, so lets keep him in the system and contact in 6-12 months as market is moving upwards.
