20/05/2021 - Daphne: My office has informed me yesterday that they don’t like doing these appraisals, as they have been caught before with being held responsible for the 20% commission, mainly where another agency takes over the listing after 90 days and we are held responsible for the 20% even though we haven’t sold it.
