12/05/2021 - Daniel: FIt took awhile but finally have an appointment next Monday 17th to visit the property Karen lives in South Australia. So we call her afterwards.
11/5/2021 - Michael: I have tried calling Karen both yesterday and today and have had no luck getting through to her. I have left her messages to please call me
