2/03 update from stephen - I reached out to Peter again yesterday with a Market Update email. He is elderly & will move when he's ready, he's also my neighbour so I will let him contact me when he is ready. Thanks Steve
Peter - Hello Rowena,I have not been well had Gall bladder OP 4 weeks ago still in recovery and with covid lock downs etc will be moving forward slowly in the next Months or so . WE haven't changed our intention to downsize yet.

My understanding was that he’s a few weeks away minimum before making a decision.
