After all my work and obtaining 2 insurance claims, they sold the land sold privately back to the local council ! xx


CLAIRE - MAR 24 - Her husband was in hospital fighting an infection last time we spoke. They did not accept a fantastic offer I had and wanted an extreme amount of money, after the last flood in which the water was over the house they were trying for a second insurance claim I had already obtained one for them

CLAIRE - AUG 22 - So i have had numerous offers on contract, sorted out 1 insurance claim and chasing another. They have last week increased their price at this stage i have no idea if they will sell or not having accepted and then changed their minds on at least 3 contracts :)
JUN 22 - So if you weeks back I had a fantastic cash off at 310,000 which they excepted on the Thursday night and on the Friday morning at 6 AM they canceled the sellers since then the kitchen in the property has collapsed from the water damage from the water went over the top of the house again in fact 2022 I'm still chasing the insurance company to sort out the second claim however at this really is now just about the land I believe long time they will just keep it I'm still chasing them to pay the marketing


CLAIRE MAY 22 - Well this is definitely a challenge so the house once again flooded over the top in the recent floods, I have successfully completed on insurance claim and now working on another ! Despite this we had a great offer which they accepted and then changed their minds as they want to receive their insurance 2nd payment first , so the buyer walked away . Even their son rings to aplogsie for his parents :)

CLAIRE - MAR 22 - FLooded - Yes absolutely right over the top. I have been liaising with the sellers daughter Jacklyn, we have had one insurance claim prior to the floods which I sorted out for them, they are now waiting for another assessor due the 8th April so selling has been put on hold until the assessor has been as the home is covered internally in mud and dangerous !




It has been a nightmare, had to get the tenant out, give notice, squatters etc, clean , skip and new pumps etc., 😊



Meagan - I have spoken with Emma & done a drive by appraisal, as she has a tenant in place.The property is completely flood affected & council will not permit any further dwelling or shed to be built on the property, the home has been flooded numerous times & is in a very poor state. Emma was discussing with her husband & getting back to me.
