Rowena Hi thank you for your message I did contact Maria immediately that you sent me the inquiry. We spoke for quite some time and she mentioned that they just wanted an appraisal at the moment which I said was difficult to do over the phone without viewing it to see the condition of the property. Maria mentioned that there are tenants in the property and their son has autismAnd she is concerned that an investor by the property for that reason. However I explained that I work a little bit differently and that I take care of everyone involved so if they needed to re-locate I would insure that they were well taken care of. Her husband is away for the next 10 days and Maria was going to get back to me after then to arrange a time for me to view the property. Thanks againFor the referral Litsa
