2/6 - Janet. Kevin wants $100,000 above my appraisal price and he demanded the property be listed at $730,000 where as he only purchased it for $540,000 10 months earlier. The property needs a lot of work as it is half renovated and not currently livable.
1/6 Client said travis called once when I sent the referral but did not follow up.
Tim Cain was supposed to send an appraisal via email didn't said most he can get $610k Janet said low six's also but was not prepared to list $740-750 in the agency agreement
