LUKE SEPT 21 - Melinda has decided to hold onto the property and make improvments to it. She has said that she will make contact with us again in the future if she decides to go to market but it may not be for some time

luke - JUN21 - Spoke with Mel this morning.
She has quite a bit to think about, and in addition to this, quite a bit of work to do regardless of whether she sells/rents or stays. She thanks us for the information and advice we provided, and said that she might not be back in contact for at least a few months. For now, I won't be following up again anytime soon as she needs some time, but if she gets back in contact I will certainly let you know. She has quite a lot on her plate at the moment and unsure of whether she wants to sell or live in the property or rent. She is due for a follow up this week, once I've spoken with her I will let you know what she is thinking of doing.
