JEMMA - Hi Natalie, it might be worth another call from yourself. I called Dawn last week ton let her know i'd sold next door for $540k, and to let her know the price of her property would have increased since I last spoke with her. She didn't want a bar of me, i think she has me confused to someone else? I had appraised her home at high $400k - low $500, but she seems to think I told her mid $400ks - which is obviously lower than I sold the property for next door. Let me know if you call her, and how you get on :)

Shelley - Tried to call, sent an SMS asking when would be a good time to call and they replied "We are all good for now thanks"

JEMMA - Yes, have appraised and will touch base with them again in 2 months
